Quality Management System
A quality management system (QMS) is the management system that addresses the quality aspect of a company's processes, products, and services. The QMS provides a formalized structure for ensuring that quality concerns are addressed and met. Essentially, it provides a framework around which people can operate in order for the organization to achieve its desired outcomes in an effective and efficient manner.
The ISO 9001:2008 Standard
ISO 9001:2008 is an internationally recognized standard for quality management systems. It is used to enhance customer satisfaction, support a framework for continual improvement and through the process approach, provide a method for risk identification and management.
Proof of excellence
Certification provides customers with evidence of a company's internal discipline for quality. To keep their ISO 9001 registered status, companies are required to conduct periodic audits, both internally as well as from a third party, to prove they are continually meeting the certification requirements.
ISO certification assures a quality program, and, for our customers, a quality product.
